Bill will be out and about speaking on the topic of his new book at a limited number of Universities and music institutions in Scandinavia and the US, through March and April. A little piece of connection: the first date in Denmark is at the unconventional Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen where pianist / keyboardist and ex-Earthworker Django Bates was a professor from 2005-2011. Django is now a jazz professor at HKB University of Arts in Berne, Switzerland.
